The Portland Trail Blazers are expected to offer Damian Lillard a two-year contract extension over $100 million, sources tell Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report. Lillard is already on a four-year, $196 million deal.

The Blazers are attempting to reshape their roster around Lillard to extend their window of contention with him as the franchise cornerstone. There were reports last offseason that Lillard was considering his future with the Blazers, but he ultimately decided not to pursue a trade.

The Blazers acquired Jerami Grant in a long rumored trade this month.
