The Memphis Grizzlies are exploring trade opportunities involving Tyus Jones, sources tell Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports.

With Ja Morant suspended for the first 25 games of the 23-24 season, Jones figured to again play a key role for the Grizzlies.

But Jones could land a full time starting point guard spot with another team.

Joes re-signed with the Grizzlies during the 2022 offseason on a two-year, $30 million deal. Jones had discussions with the San Antonio Spurs, but they no longer appear to be an option due to the presence of his brother Tre Jones.

The Los Angeles Clippers and Toronto Raptors could be options for Jones.
