Charlie Villanueva addressed his status in Milwaukee in a blog post on Wednesday.

"There have been countless trade rumors involving me going around with the trade deadline date (Feb. 21) right around the corner," wrote Villanueva.  "I?ve read or heard a number of teams expressing interests such as New York, Houston, Cleveland, New Jersey, Miami, and as of late Golden State. Listen, I?m a strong believer that everything happens for a reason and also value that it is a privilege to play in the NBA, not a right. It?s a blessing that comes with at time some serious business decisions. So whatever God has planned for me, I will accept the challenge and continue to play the game at 110%."

"Looking at my situation overall, I ask myself at times, do I see myself here long-term," Villanueva asked. "I must say the answer to that question doesn?t sit to comfortable with me. I don?t know what the future holds. Anything can happen in this business. I would really like to make Milwaukee a part of my future, but it doesn?t seem realistic at this point in time unless something changes. The moves made by management in the last few months indicate to me that I?m not as important as I once was to this team. I?m not completely sold on my role with the Milwaukee Bucks."
