Following a shootaround on Thursday, Monta Ellis spoke with the media.

"We're good, you know what I mean?" said Ellis when asked about his relationship with the franchise following the suspension.  "I have no problem with them. They gave me my contract. Why should I have a problem with them? I'm not concerned about nothing. Just trying to get back on the court and help my teammates. That's it. All the other stuff is behind me. I'm just focusing in on basketball."

Ellis is also excited about the prospect of playing with Jamal Crawford.

"To be honest, I think it'll be more exciting because both of us can run," said Ellis.  "Not taking nothing from Baron, but both of us like to get up and run up and down the court. There's a lot to be excited about this year. "
