Follow RealGM's Brian Reynolds tonight as he tweets live from Philips Arena where the Utah Jazz are in town to face off against the Atlanta Hawks - a matchup between two teams bound for the playoffs.

At 18-6, the Hawks are currently tied for second in the Eastern Conference.  They bring a five-game winning streak to the court against Utah.

The Jazz are in the midst of a five-game eastern road trip.  They defeated New Jersey 108-92 on Wednesday and currently sit in the 5th spot in the Western Conference.
