A report from the Contra Costa Times during the end of July indicated that the Warriors and Jannero Pargo had agreed to terms on a contract. But the deal was never formally signed and the Warriors are currently in 'wait and see' mode.

The deal was believed to be worth $2.4 million over two seasons.

Golden State is hoping players begin to lower their asking prices.

One source said the Warriors, who are two players shy of the maximum 15, could go into camp with a roster spot open.
