The Nuggets sent a scout to watch Derrick Favors play in the pre-season Thursday night.  

The Nets remain determined to try to complete a trade for Carmelo Anthony and Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated reports that the team is confident it has the best package to offer for Denver's superstar.
