David Stern "won't wait long" to name an All-Star replacement for the injured Yao Ming, according to a league spokesman.

The leading candidates to replace Yao are believed to be Kevin Love, LaMarcus Aldridge, Steve Nash, Zach Randolph and Monta Ellis.
