Celtics coach Doc Rivers said that he doesn't expect Shaquille O'Neal to play on the team's upcoming four-game road trip.

"It takes time; just a healing issue," Rivers said of O’Neal's sore right Achilles' tendon. "He's feeling a lot better. He's moving better. I wouldn't be surprised to see him right when we come off this trip. I would be surprised to see him while we're on this trip."

Boston won't return home until March 2 when they host the Suns.

O'Neal hasn't played since Feb. 1 against the Kings.
