The Miami Heat have waived forward Robert Dozier and center Mickell Gladness.

Dozier appeared in four preseason games with the Heat, averaging 1.5 points and 3.3 rebounds in 10.8 minutes per game.

Gladness also appeared in four preseason games this season, averaging 1.3 points and 2.3 rebounds in 7.8 minutes per game.
