Devin Ebanks has signed a non-guaranteed, veteran-minimum contract with the Dallas Mavericks.

Ebanks had been in discussions with several NBA teams, and the former Los Angeles Lakers forward recently rejected a deal worth $650,000 from a Chinese club, a league source told RealGM. Ebanks, 23, is willing to commit to the Mavericks' D-League team if he doesn't make the regular season roster out of training camp.

Out of West Virginia, Ebanks was a second round pick of the Lakers in 2010.
