Mitch Kupchak gave credit to David Stern in an event for season ticket holders on Sunday. Stern is retiring on Feb. 1 as NBA commissioner.

"He's done so much for this [league with] his vision," Kupchak said. "We'll miss him, with the exception of one moment."

Kupchak was referencing Stern's decision to veto the Los Angeles Lakers' trade for Chris Paul, which was made while the NBA owned and operated the then New Orleans Hornets.

Kupchak was asked if he had forgiven Stern for that decision.

"No I haven't," Kupchak answered.
