The Sacramento Kings now have their nucleus on offense in Rudy Gay, DeMarcus Cousins and Isaiah Thomas.

“Now you have two guys that you can trust with the ball, Rudy and Isaiah Thomas, all around the perimeter,” Michael Malone said. “Then you have a go-to guy in the post with DeMarcus Cousins. There’s three different pieces that you can go to throughout the game.”

In the Kings' 106-91 win on Sunday over the Houston Rockets, Gay scored 26 points, while Cousins had 21 and Thomas finished with 19.

All three players have very high usage rates.
