Steve Kerr ran the Golden State Warriors' practice on Tuesday, but he won't coach the team on Wednesday against the Utah Jazz or on Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

"I hope to be back soon," said Kerr.

Kerr plans on traveling with the Warriors on their upcoming road trip to Dallas and Houston.
