Joe Johnson is in the final season of a six-year, $123.7 million contract he signed in 2010 with the Atlanta Hawks. With a salary of $24.894 million this season and the Brooklyn Nets out of playoff contention, Johnson has been thought of as a buyout candidate.

But Marc Stein and Dave McMenamin reported Johnson doesn't have interest in a buyout.

Johnson reportedly will seek a multi-year deal from the Nets in the offseason.

The Nets traded for Johnson in 2012.
