The Detroit Pistons called a team meeting following their loss on Saturday in which they dropped below .500.

Backup center Aron Baynes called the meeting and it lasted approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

"It's a dialogue about communication for everybody, to discuss how we're feeling and why we've been playing the way we've been playing and how we can get better," Tobias Harris said.

"It was good to just get everybody talking and see different opinions for what's happening. At the same time, we've got to find a way to figure it out -- to be better. That's sort of what we wanted to get across."

"Aron Baynes felt as though we needed to basically clear the air," Pistons forward Marcus Morris said. "We put a lot of stuff on the table. Everybody cleared their mind and said what they needed to say."
