Derrick Rose is viewed by multiple teams as a potential trade target ahead of the deadline.

Rose has openly wondered if he may be traded by the New York Knicks less than a year after he was acquired from the Chicago Bulls. Rose will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason and is on an expiring contract worth $21.323 million. Any team trading for Rose will own his Bird rights and have the ability to give him a five-year contract.

"I like being here but [you] never know what could happen," Rose said Wednesday. "My job is to come in and play as hard as I can."

Rose has appeared in 48 games this season, averaging 17.7 points, 3.9 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game.
