According to Stephen A. Smith, LaMarcus Aldridge is "very, very unhappy in San Antonio right now. He feels the Spurs have compromised him, his productivity. They have hurt his game. As a result, he wants out and he wants out in the worst way. He wants to be gone."

The San Antonio Spurs are looking to trade Aldridge ahead of the draft and have reportedly had conversations with teams drafting in the top-10.

Aldridge signed a four-year, $80 million contract with the Spurs in 2015 and he has a player option for the 18-19 season.

The Spurs would also like to create cap space to pursue free agents this offseason.

“They feel it’s time to move on,” a source told the Express-News.
