The Houston Rockets are not expected to make any major moves before the trade deadline.

Houston had a significant offseason in which they added Chris Paul, P.J. Tucker and Luc Mbah a Moute. The Rockets improved their depth by signing Gerald Green this month.

"I don't expect to do much," Daryl Morey said. "There's outside-the-rotation stuff potentially. We're always looking for something to upgrade us. I would guess the odds of us doing nothing are much higher than normal."

The Rockets are also holding a roster spot open.

"The plan is to keep that last roster spot open until Feb. 8 in case of an unbalanced trade or, more importantly, if we need the tax room," Morey said. "Then we also want to have the ability to (pursue) buyout candidates."
