LeBron James spoke to the media about how he had no intention of waiving his no-trade clause before the trade deadline.

James' future with the Cavaliers remains in doubt and the front office received interest from rival teams about the potential availability of James.

"Can you believe there were teams calling wondering if he would waive it, which was one of the reasons why he had go public?" said Brian Windhorst on ESPN's NBA Countdown. "Teams were getting trade packages ready in the event they were doing it."

James can become a free agent in the offseason.
