Joel Embiid returned for Philadelphia's Game 3 win with his mask becoming a main storyline.

Embiid appeared to be uncomfortable wearing it at times and tossed it aside at one point, leading Justise Winslow to step on it and appear to try to pull it apart.

"As far as the mask, Justise stepped on it and tried to break it with his hands," Embiid said to reporters. "But little do they know is that have about 50 of them. It's going to take much more than that to get me out of this series. I'm going to be a nightmare for them, too."

Said Winslow: "He kept throwing it on the ground, so I don't know if he didn't like it or what. But I was talking to Jo Jo, we were smack talking, trash talking, going back and forth. No love lost."

Embiid underwent surgery on the orbital fracture on March 31.
