The Denver Nuggets are aggressively pursuing a meeting with LeBron James.

Denver has been in contact with Rich Paul hoping to convince him to take a meeting as they believe their team is the best fit on a short-term deal.

The Nuggets are trying to sell James on a core of Nikola Jokic, Will Barton and Jamal Murray.

James has widely been expected to decide between the Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers and Philadelphia 76ers.
