The Philadelphia 76ers have discussed a trade for Kawhi Leonard with the San Antonio Spurs.

At this point, the 76ers have kept Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid and Markelle Fultz off limits in trade talks.

Philadelphia believes they have a chance of acquiring Leonard in a trade while also signing LeBron James. The 76ers are also confident that Leonard would consider re-signing with the team.

The 76ers could build a package around Robert Covington, Dario Saric and future picks.

Fultz's future with the 76ers is unclear as he works on finding his jump shot again.
