The Cleveland Cavaliers have insisted over the past few weeks that they would keep Kevin Love if LeBron James were to leave in free agency.

But multiple sources around the NBA insist the Cavaliers are open to moving Love.

Love can become a free agent in 2019 if he opts of his $25.6 million deal for 19-20.

Cleveland's first round pick is top-10 protected in 2019, which would incentivize the Cavaliers to embrace a rebuild sooner rather than later.

Sources, however, told Joe Vardon of the Cleveland Plain Dealer that the Cavaliers still intend to make the playoffs in 2019. Vardon's sources also maintain they won't entertain trading Love.
