The Philadelphia 76ers declined the third-year option on Furkan Korkmaz.

Korkmaz will be an unrestricted free agent on July 1.

Korkmaz has only played in 19 career games.

The Sixers said earlier in the week that they hadn't decided whether they were going to exercise the $2.03 million third-year team option on his contract. Philadelphia is considering a trade of Korkmaz, which he would prefer.

The Sixers drafted Korkmaz with the 26th pick in 2016.
