Rajon Rondo suffered a broken right hand when his hand hit the floor during the fourth quarter of the Los Angeles Lakers' win on Wednesday over the Portland Trail Blazers.

Rondo is likely out four weeks with the injury.

“Next man up, next man up,” said LeBron James.

Lonzo Ball took over the starting spot while Rondo was serving a three-game suspension, but Rondo has been key with the second unit.

“Rondo does a lot for our team, you know?” Tyson Chandler said. “Vocally, defensively, keeping our second unit intact. Unfortunately, you have this in the league, so the next man’s gotta step up – and it can’t be one guy. Whenever a player goes down, one guy’s not gonna replace him. It has to be a team effort.”
