Stephen Curry has made at least five three-pointers in nine consecutive games, shooting 51.4 percent during the stretch.

Curry had been shooting 36.6 percent after the All-Star break and in a legitimate slump until he started wearing contact lenses.

“I started wearing contacts,” Curry said. "No I'm serious."

Curry has a condition called Keratoconus, known in the ophthalmology field as KC. The condition causes an astigmatism in which light is not equally distributed to the retina and leads to blurred vision.

“It’s exactly that,” Curry said when asked if he feels like he has new eyes. “It’s like the whole world has opened up.”
