Tim Connelly, currently the President of Basketball Operations for the Denver Nuggets, reportedly wants an offer for the vacant Washington Wizards general manager role without interviewing. Connelly has referred to the position as his "dream job," according to sources.

Connelly started as an intern for the Wizards in 1996 before leaving the team in 2010. Sources also add that he would not leave the Nuggets while they are still in the playoffs.

VP of basketball operations Tommy Sheppard will interview for the position on Wednesday.
