The Los Angeles Lakers are expected to hire Tyronn Lue as head coach.

The Lakers, however, have yet to formally offer their job to Lue. The Lakers also had interest in Monty Williams, who became head coach of the Phoenix Suns on Friday.

Lue was fired by the Cleveland Cavaliers at the beginning of the 18-19 season.

Lue has experience coaching LeBron James and also played for the Lakers.
