Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jaylen Brown had to be separated following Team USA's 69-53 win over Greece in the World Cup.
The incident in question came following a hard foul on Harrison Barnes from Thanasis Antetokounmpo late in the game. The two teams did not shake hands following the game.
"Yeah, I said something to Giannis. Well, Giannis said something to me. But we've got bigger fish to fry. So we move on," said Brown.
Marcus Smart added that tensions rose because Thanasis Antetokounmpo didn't apologize for the foul.
"The [no apology] escalated it. At that moment, you've got to take it for what it is," added Smart.
