Over 10,000 fans attended the New Orleans Pelicans' open scrimmage on Saturday, with some fans even waiting for over an hour outside of Smoothie King Center.

"I feel like I've had a lot of new experiences that have been great, but to actually walk onto the court that we'll be playing on a lot, it was great," said Zion Williamson, who had several dunks in the game.

The Pelicans featured 18 players in the scrimmage, with Derrick Favors getting held out due to a tight hamstring.

"I was happy because I thought we did a great job of competing and we got a lot out of it. A lot of times these things end up like an All-Star Game, but our guys got a lot out of it," added Alvin Gentry.
