Jamal Crawford reiterated his interest in returning to the NBA, adding that he was confused as to why he wasn't on a team.

“I know I can play, and I would think my reputation is still solid. It’s baffling to me," Crawford told Shaun Powell of NBA.com

The 39-year-old Crawford scored 51 points for the Suns in the final game of last season.

Kenneth Faried, Devin Harris, J.R. Smith, Corey Brewer, Jodie Meeks, Joakim Noah, Jonathon Simmons and Dante Cunningham are also part of a group of veteran players waiting to be signed.

Crawford added that he will stay ready for when an NBA team calls.

"A year earlier, in my 18th year, I was still averaging double figures. I can bring a multitude of things. I’ll be ready for whatever team decides how I can fit into what they’re trying to do.”
