William "Worldwide Wes" Wesley is not expected to have a formal role with the New York Knicks, league sources told Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Wesley, who is highly connected within basketball circles, is a business partner of new Knicks president Leon Rose. 

It is believed that the Knicks would have an official front office role for Wesley should he decide to put aside his other business ventures.
