The NBA is bracing for the losses in the hundreds of millions of dollars across its league due to the coronavirus.

The Golden State Warriors are the first team to host a game in an empty arena and more could follow. Rick Welts said the loss of revenue will be multiple million dollars and if more games are held without fans the losses will be in the tens of millions.

The NBA Board of Governors will meet via conference call on Wednesday.

The NBA and NBPA discussed ways the league can continue playing without the loss of games.
