Early-entry candidates will be given until August 17th to declare for the 2020 NBA Draft, reported Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

This year's draft will take place on October 16th.

It is unclear whether players who previously declined to enter the draft will be able to re-enter the draft considering the new deadline and the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic.

Players will be allowed to withdraw from the draft as late as October 10th, though that deadline is mostly for international players and athletes who have forfeited their NCAA eligibility.
