The NBA and National Basketball Players Association have spent this week holding mandatory virtual meetings with all 22 teams that will resume the season.

Both parties referred to the sessions as a "Campus Orientation Meeting" in which the league and players go over their health and safety protocols.

Adam Silver has described to league executives on conference calls recently that his goal is for the Disney World campus to be the safest place in the U.S.

“We have confidence in the plan that we’ve built,” NBA deputy commissioner Mark Tatum told players and teams on a call this week, according to sources. “It was designed for this.”

Players will be allowed to leave the bubble for a family emergency, but must be tested every day and have a four-day self-quarantine upon reentry.
