The New York Knicks have moved up from No. 27, trading that pick and No. 38 to the Utah Jazz for No. 23.

The Knicks also own pick No. 8. By moving up four spots to No. 23, the Knicks may improve their chances of packaging that pick and No. 8 to move up higher in the draft.

The Jazz will also send the draft rights to Ante Tomic, who was a second round pick in 2008. Tomic is 33 and not expected to join the NBA.
