The NBA sent a new memo on tampering on Wednesday afternoon before the start of the draft.

While the memo didn't offer any new information, it served as a reminder of the league's rules on the issue. It is believed that the memo was in response to reports in the media about a sign-and-trade agreement between the Milwaukee Bucks and Sacramento Kings on a sign-and-trade of Bogdan Bogdanovic.

Brian Windhorst of ESPN reported on Sports Center on Wednesday evening that there was widespread displeasure from rival teams on the Bogdanovic deal.

The free agency period officially begins on Friday, November 20th at 6:00 PM.
