The NBA announced that it will make adjustments to the current schedule in order to avoid a pile-up of games in the second half of the season.

The league will reschedule postponed games between now and the midseason break in March, as well as re-schedule certain games to the second half of the season.

22 games have been postponed thus far this season, with 12 of those games involving the Wizards and Grizzlies.

The Blazers' game against the Wizards, originally scheduled for the second half of the season, was re-scheduled for February 2nd. The league also moved the Blazers game versus the Hornets on February 7th to the second half of the season.
