Blockchain technology company Dapper Labs, the creator of NBA Top Shot, has received $305 million in private funding to scale up its virtual trading card site.

The most recent round of funding features current and former NBA players, including Kevin Durant, Spencer Dinwiddie, Kyle Lowry, and Michael Jordan.

Dapper Labs has raised $357 million of capital in total. 

NBA Top Shot has seen $500 million in sales and registered more than 800,000 accounts since its public beta testing phase in October.

NBA Top Shot features virtual highlight cards that come with a nonfungible token (NFT) backed by blockchain technology.
