Mike Conley left the Utah Jazz's series-clinching Game 5 win due to a right hamstring injury.

Conley will receive an MRI on Thursday.

"End of 1Q, I felt a little tug in my hammy, came to the bench, made the staff aware, told them I'd try to play through it. It just kept getting sorer," said Conley, who described the injury as a small tweak rather than a pull.

The Jazz will play the winner of the Clippers-Mavs series, with the Mavs currently leading 3-2.
