The Philadelphia 76ers have opened up trade conversations concerning Ben Simmons and have engaged teams.

“(The 76ers) want an All-Star-caliber player in return,” one source with knowledge of the ongoing talks said.

Simmons is under contract through 2025 and interest in him remains high across the league as players of his age and stature rarely become available.

Marc Stein of Substack reported on Tuesday that the Cleveland Cavaliers, Indiana Pacers, Minnesota Timberwolves, Sacramento kings and Toronto Raptors have expressed interest in trading for Simmons.
