The Golden State Warriors have waived Langston Galloway. The veteran guard signed a non-guaranteed camp contract with the Warriors in late-September. There will be no cap hit for the Warriors after the waiver.
Galloway appeared in three preseason games for Golden State. He averaged 3.3 points and 3.6 rebounds in 8.8 minutes per contest off the bench.
The Warriors brought several veterans to camp to compete for roster spots, including Jordan Bell and Avery Bradley. Recent reports said that Bradley is the leader to win the team's final roster spot.
