Gregg Popovich recently set the record for most wins by a coach in NBA history. But that accomplishment doesn't mean Popovich is walking away anytime soon.
While there is no guarantee Popovich will continue to coach the San Antonio Spurs, that seems to be where things are heading. For one more season, at least.
If and when Popovich does decide to move on from coaching, San Antonio would reportedly like to keep the next hire in the organizational family. One name being linked to the job is Quin Snyder, who is currently the head coach of the Utah Jazz. Snyder previously worked in the Spurs organization, as the head coach of the Austin Spurs of the G League.
