The Los Angeles Lakers interviewed Terry Stotts for the franchise's vacant head coach position on Friday, sources told Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

The team is reportedly interviewing candidates in waves of one or two at a time, according to sources. The Lakers also reached out to Darvin Ham and Adrian Griffin. 

In addition to Rob Pelinka and Jeanie Buss, Kurt Rambis and Phil Jackson are playing a role in the interviews.

The Lakers also interviewed Mark Jackson, sources told Shams Charania of The Athletic. Jackson is currently a finalist for the Kings' job.
