After a disappointing season and lack of viable paths for the Los Angeles Lakers to improve their roster, there has been speculation that they could consider trading Anthony Davis.

"I've been told in no uncertain terms Anthony Davis is not getting traded," said Zach Lowe on his podcast on Tuesday. "So let's get that out of the way, let alone for Kyrie Irving."

Davis signed a five-year, $190 million deal with the Lakers during the 2020 offseason. The deal includes an early termination option in 2024 and the deal will be fully up in 2025.

Davis appeared in 36 games in 20-21 and 40 games in 21-22 as he's had a number of injuries.
