The Phoenix Suns helped Bismack Biyombo get his career back on track last season. Now, the two will spend next season together as well.

Biyombo averaged 5.8 points and 4.6 rebounds in 14.1 minutes in 36 games for Phoenix last season. The 11-year veteran joined the Suns on January 1, after injuries and illness left the team shorthanded at the center position.

Phoenix lost center JaVale McGee to the Dallas Mavericks earlier in free agency. Starting center Deandre Ayton remains a restricted free agent. Re-signing Biyombo gives the Suns some depth and certainty at the most uncertain position on their roster.
