The NBA partnered with Microsoft to both rebuild its mobile app and improve NBA League Pass ahead of the upcoming season.

The NBA decreased the price for League Pass down to $14.99 for a single device and $19.99 for multiple devices.

League Pass will also feature Microsoft's artificial intelligence to customize stats for betting and fantasy leagues.

“That’s going to make watching live games a completely new experience,” said Chris Benyarko, the NBA’s executive vice president of direct-to-consumer.

The mobile app will feature enhancements to mimic Instagram stories, a series around the Warriors, and a "game vault" with classic NBA games.
