Meyers Leonard will work out for the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday. 

Leonard last played in the NBA in January 2021 when he had season-ending shoulder and ankle surgeries. 

Leonard used an anti-semitic slur in March 2021 and subsequently was away from the Miami Heat for the remainder of his contract.

The Lakers will also work out DeMarcus Cousins on Friday as they search for additional size on their roster.
