The Phoenix Suns have parted ways with Monty Williams as head coach.

Williams led the Suns to The Finals in 2021, but they had second round exits in each of the past two seasons. The Suns hired Williams in 2019 when he was also a candidate for the Los Angeles Lakers. 

Williams has already been linked with the Milwaukee Bucks' head coaching vacancy.
